Can I buy direct from you?

Sorry, you cannot buy direct from us. We distribute our products to retailers countrywide, many of whom are trained in our products. You will find their details on our Stockist Page.

Can I order online?

Many of the retailers on the stockist list will sell online. Web site addresses are listed where available.

Where is my nearest stockist?

Please refer to our Stockist Page where retailers are listed in regions to make the process easier.

Where can I see a specific tent/awning erected?

Many of the retailers on the stockist list will have some of the SunnCamp range on display. We would advise calling before visiting to avoid disappointment.

I have an old tent/awning can I still get parts for it?

We have spares for most current models and will have spares for most recent discontinued models. You could always try your nearest stockist who may also be able to help.

Alternatively you can contact our After sales department on info@SunnCamp.co.uk - please bear in mind during peak summer months it can take up to 10 days to process and delivery on all spare parts.

How easy is it to put a tent up?

Every SunnCamp Tent comes with a complete set of instructions to assist in erection. Instructions should be read carefully before attempting to erect your tent. If you are unclear on any points in the instructions, please contact the dealer from whom you made your purchase. When the instructions are followed correctly and there are adequate people available (depending on the size of the tent) there should not be any issues.

Do all your products come with a guarantee?

All SunnCamp and SunnGas products come with a 12 month manufacturers' guarantee. If you think your product is faulty you should first contact the retailer where it was purchased. The retailer will consult with us, if necessary, to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Unusually Cold Weather

Modern lightweight materials such as window plastic are not designed to withstand extreme cold temperatures.
If equipment has been stored in a very cold environment, folded in its bag, it may require warming up before it is unpacked and erected.

This will prevent windows from cracking or shattering when they are unfolded, where material has been creased.
This is not a manufacturing fault. Damaged caused by this is not deemed a warranty claim.
