Warranty Claims: 

Your SunnCamp product is covered by our Manufacturer’s Warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of twelve months from the date of original purchase. Most of the potential warranty issues apply to issues which will occur prior to first use.

For an overview of what is covered by your warranty, please check the warranty sheet provided with your product. 

During this period the Company undertakes to replace or repair, free of charge, any defect(s) which the Company considers to be due to faulty workmanship or components/materials. Validation of the Warranty requires a copy of your receipt and proof of purchase.  No consequential losses may be claimed under this warranty.  Only the person who purchased the item can make a claim, the warranty is not transferable.

To make a warranty claim please contact your retailer.  This is the company from whom you purchased your product and with whom you have entered into a contract.  They will advise you regarding your warranty claim. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT SUNNCAMP DIRECTLY, WE ARE UNABLE TO DISCUSS OR PROCESS ANY WARRANTY CLAIMS.
